Shawlong explains how the Arrancar number system works. And how he thinks HItsugaya’s bankai works. As this is happening Ichigo is not even denting Grimmjaw and is forced to use Bankai. Meanwhile Hitsugaya is having much problems with his opponent who is now in released form. Before things get really bad however, Matsumoto reciveves a call they seem to have been waiting for. The good news: no more limit on their power. The ending scene shows all three of them releasing massive amounts of reiatsu.

Will is stunned to discover that Grace is dating her ex-fiancé Danny once again, but he chooses not to interfere after he’s accused of being meddlesome. Meanwhile, Jack agrees to take a walk down the aisle with Karen’s combative maid, Rosario, who needs a groom to help her smooth out some immigration problems.

Jack uses Sherry to lure Kingsley out into the open, but Kingsley suspects a set-up and lays his own trap. Kate and her father have a final, ominous conversation with Marie. Palmer's attorney finds evidence involving Kingsley and convinces Mike to release Palmer from custody. Palmer and his cabinet gather to watch as Sherry meets with Kingsley. Mike orders Chappelle to reinstate Tony and Michelle. Jack sends Sherry in for the meeting with Kingsley, but his mounting heart troubles cause problems for him at the crucial moment.
